ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) - Rochester Police have blocked off the front of a building on Emerson Street after a truck crashed into the building Thursday night.

RPD said officers responded to the area on Emerson Street near Dewey Avenue around 9:37 p.m. and found that an unoccupied building in the area had been hit by a truck.

According to RPD, the 28-year-old driver from Medina was 'located and evaluated' and charges are 'being contemplated'.

This is still an ongoing investigation. Police have yet to report any injuries as a result of the crash.
