A house in Morganville that sold for $1.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Marlboro between Oct. 14 and Oct. 27.

In total, 13 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of just under $1 million. The average price per square foot was $355.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 14 to the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
