Effective Tuesday, December 3, 2024 Sterling Pointe Apartments will be accepting applications for the income-based waiting list. Applications will be accepted between the hours of 10am-3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY by appointment at the leasing office. Please be advised, we are closed every Wednesday. Applications are accepted in person ONLY. No emails or mail. The waitlist will close once we received 200 applicants. For your application to be deemed complete, and to be added to the waitlist, the following is required: Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Valid Picture ID, and proof of income for every household member listed on the application.
