Three years ago, I had a sophisticated blood test to determine my biological age. The results determined that I was 74.94 and my Telomere age was 70.54. If that's accurate, and I believe it is. I still have a lot of living to do. Chronological age does not control how we age or how long we live; it simply keeps track of dates and events in our lives.
