Key roles and responsibilities

TOR For IMPACT-dedicated (Reach) Finance Officer (Sudan)

Under the line management of the IMPACT Country Representative, the Senior Finance Officer is responsible for working with the IMPACT regional finance officer, IMPACT HQ finance control unit and ACTED finance department in Sudan and Uganda on behalf of IMPACT/REACH to facilitate all financial responsibilities of the different teams.

Promoting of and adhering to Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse policy and guidelines (for site residents, ACTED staff, partner agencies, casual labours etc.)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Ensure timely updates of financial information in line with existing procedures and agreed timelines.

- Proactively spots and flags and financial issues or gaps.

- Has appropriated a good holistic understanding of the financial context of REACH/IMPACT's programs at country and regional level and is able to provide detailed budget recommendations to program and management staff.
