The Alabama Sports Writers Association All-State football selections were released this morning.

Sixteen Tribuneland players were included on the team. Hewitt and Moody led the way with five selections apiece. Clay placed four team members on the team.

Conner Nelson of Leeds, the Tribune's Player of the Year, was a 5A First-Team selection at Athlete.

The sixteen ASWA selections made up a quarter of the All-Tribune team.
