On Saturday at 1 a.m. the NWS Las Vegas NV issued a wind advisory valid from Sunday 4 p.m. until Monday 4 a.m. The advisory is for Eastern Mojave Desert, Including the Mojave National Preserve, Morongo Basin, Cadiz Basin, Northeast Clark County, Sheep Range, Spring Mountains-Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas Valley and Southern Clark County as well as Lincoln County.

The NWS comments, "Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Secure outdoor objects."
