Start at the Wishing Tree in Florawish. Go east down the stone steps and cross the bridge. The treasure chest is on the balcony of the first house on the right, opposite Ray & Wing's. To reach it, keep going straight ahead from the bridge to an orange house with a white balcony. Jump on the railing behind the signpost on the left of the house, then jump onto the roof. Glide to the west over to the house with the blue roof, then onto the green roof. Drop down onto the balcony to the right to get the chest. Open it to get:
