INDIANAPOLIS -- Flames were visible from Interstate 65 in downtown Indianapolis on Saturday night when a large fire broke out in the 900 block of North Pennsylvania Street.
According the Indianapolis Fire Department, the fire was reported around 9:35 p.m. on Oct. 26. IFD confirmed the blaze was ripping through the HVAF building, which houses veterans and their families.
