NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) -- An East Providence man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a 17-year-old on Friday afternoon.
According to police, they received a call from the 17-year-old saying that, around 4 p.m., a man drove up to them on Prospect Ave., asking for directions to the high school while completely naked.
The vehicle, a silver Subaru with New Hampshire registration, was found on Lantern Ln.
Police arrested the driver, David Palmer, of East Providence, and charged him with disorderly conduct - indecent exposure.
Palmer was arraigned at the station before a Justice of the Peace and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
He is expected to be arraigned in court in December.
