Boys Basketball: The William F Plunkett Jr. Christmas Classic
The Lohud Boys Basketball Player of the Week poll, presented by White Plains Hospital, will post each Monday and highlights some of the hottest hands in the region. Your vote determines the winner. Review what our finalists got done in between the lines, then vote for the player who had the biggest impact.
We'll keep the poll open until 3 p.m. Wednesday and then announce the winner on social media. Please note, due to the holidays, the next player of the week poll will post on January 6 and include all games played over the break.

Kamryn Boyd, Sacred Heart
The junior guard put 27 points and seven rebounds in the book in a win over Xavier scored 25 points in a win over Yonkers Charter School for Educational Excellence.
Jasiah Jervis, Stepinac
The junior guard led the Crusaders to a pair of wins in the Bahamas, totaling 16 points and six rebounds against Sagemont Prep (Fla.) and 24 points and six rebounds against Wasatch (Utah). He also had 15 points, eight assists and six rebounds in a win over Scarsdale at the William F. Plunkett Christmas Classic.
Jake Kessner, Rye
The senior forward had 10 points in limited time in a win over Rye Country Day and 26 points in a win over Suffern.
Jelani Middleton, Hackley
The junior guard had 17 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Trinity, 15 points and nine rebounds in a win over Fieldston and 17 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Briarcliff to earn game MVP honors at the William F. Plunkett Christmas Classic.
Jack Piccone, Tappan Zee
The junior forward delivered 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists in a win over Clarkstown South and got 12 points in a win over Kennedy Catholic.
Will Plunkett, Mamaroneck
The junior forward had three points and 15 rebounds in a win over Spring Valley, 20 points and seven rebounds in a win over Hamilton and secured MVP honors at the Keith D. Yizar Tournament with 26 points, 10 rebounds and eight steals in a win over Ardsley.
