BRISTOL, Va. - Sam Lincoln has joined The Bristol Hotel as its new director of food and beverage, bringing years of experience to oversee the hotel's onsite restaurants, Vivian's Table and LUMAC Rooftop Bar.
Lincoln's expertise in managing fine dining, banquet and nightclub operations will further enhance the restaurants standard of excellence and strengthen Bristol's connection to its southern roots through programming and nurturing of community culture, according to a written statement.
Before joining The Bristol Hotel, Lincoln held managerial positions at Catch 31 Fishhouse and Bar and Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront along Virginia's coast. Most recently he worked at The Olde Farm in Bristol, Virginia.
In his previous positions, he deepened his extensive experience with operations, team leadership, sales and service. Through his "people-first" leadership style and dedication to excellence, Lincoln's teams consistently achieve high marks that add real enhancement and value to the guest experience, local culture, special events and programming.
