Sada (Turo in the Violet Version) is a dangerous AI artificial being left behind by Professor Sada to bring forth her selfish and distorted vision of what the Pokemon world should be. In the Scarlet version of the 10th Gen games, she manipulates Sada's song for years, making him believe she is still alive somehow.
At some point though, a side-protocol of the same AI went even more rogue (yeah, plot twist) and decided to stop the initial protocol aka the main persona left by Sada to accomplish her goal to disperse the Paradox Phenomenon across the world. For that purpose, he manipulated Arven and his friends (including the player) to descend into Area Zero of the Great Paldea Crater to stop the other version of the AI who went ahead with the Paradox project. Such a twisted and powerful female villain shouldn't be excluded from this list.
