Coolwater Lane, Portland, the home spans 3,854 square feet and was sold for $980,000, or $254 per square foot. The property sits on a lot measuring 4,792 square feet, and it was built in 2023. The deal was finalized on Dec. 11.

Situated in the 1300 block of S. 46th Pl., Ridgefield, this single-family house, consisting of four bedrooms and five baths, was sold in November for a price of $977,904, translating to $266 per square foot. At $967,047 ($314 per square foot), the detached house located in the 11500 block of N.E. 51st Ave., Vancouver offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in November. This property, built in 2024, provides 3,083 square feet of living space, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and sits on a 6,426-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Nov. 19.

In November, a single-family house, with three bedrooms and two baths, located in the 11200 block of N.E. 87th Ave., Vancouver, changed ownership. The property, covering 2,452 square feet, was built in 2024 and was sold for $950,000, which calculates to $387 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 0.4-acre. The deal was finalized on Nov. 1.

For a price tag of $949,000 ($391 per square foot), the single-family residence, built in 1984 and located in the 3900 block of Fairview Dr., Hood River changed hands in December. The home spans 2,426 square feet of living area, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property comprises a 0.8-acre lot. The deal was finalized on Dec. 9.
