Luxury house Kering named Cédric Charbit as CEO of Saint Laurent, succeeding Francesca Bellettini. Gianfranco Gianangeli was named CEO of Balenciaga, succeeding Charbit. Both appointments will be effective Jan. 2, 2025. Both will report to Bellettini, Kering's deputy CEO in charge of brand development -- until Jan. 2 when she becomes "entirely dedicated to the development of all Kering fashion, leather goods and jewelry houses."
Charbit joined the conglomerate in 2012 as a product strategy director at Saint Laurent. In 2016, following "extensive experience," he was named CEO of Balenciaga. Gianangeli most recently served as chief commercial officer of Saint Laurent, a title held since last September.
