Project Context and Scope: Under the overall supervision of the Senior Regional Programme Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Regional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Officer of the Migrant Protection Return and Reintegration programme in sub-Saharan Africa (MPRR - SSA), in close coordination with the Central Coordination Unit (CCU), the Consultant will produce a cross-country comparative analysis of key variables and an in-depth quantitative analysis of the reintegration component of the programme using the Reintegration Sustainability Survey (RSS) data.
