CEO John DiLullo said the company has deployed AI to improve the consistency of threat responses and streamline workflows, helping ensure customers receive uniform and accurate support regardless of the individual analyst handling their case. Deepwatch has also boosted visibility into AI-driven processes to make the solutions more understandable and actionable for clients by providing detailed insights (see: Deepwatch Raises $180M in Splunk-Backed Funding to Boost MDR).
"We're just leveraging AI like crazy, not only to automate our workloads but also to make sure that our customers get a more consistent experience with our product," DiLullo said. "In the past, it depended on which analyst was helping you close out a ticket, and that defined the narrative. Now we have our analysts assisted with LLMs to make sure that the customer gets a much more consistent experience."
In this video interview with Information Security Media Group, DiLullo also discusses:
DiLullo joined Deepwatch in July and was previously CEO of LiveVox, which was bought by Nice Systems during his tenure. Prior to LiveVox, DiLullo served as the CEO of Lastline Security, a fast-growing AI-based Network Threat Detection company that was acquired by VMware in 2020. DiLullo has also held senior executive level roles with Forcepoint, HP/Aruba Networks, Cisco Systems and Sonicwall.
