Allen (concussion protocol) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Nuggets.

Allen will miss a second consecutive game due to a concussion. With Devin Booker (groin) also sidelined, Royce O'Neale and Ryan Dunn should see more action. Allen's next chance to play will come Friday against Dallas -- the first leg of a back-to-back set.
