The Trump administration has just ended New York City's congestion tolling policy. Congestion pricing scheme is nothing more than a massive new tax on working families. So Hochul is suing President Trump to overturn his decision. Suing to impose more taxes.
Once the greatest city in the world, New York, already the most tax burdened in the nation, is struggling. And New York's one party Democrat machine is killing it. Systematically and deliberately.
"New York State's congestion pricing plan is a slap in the face to working class Americans and small business owners...it's backwards and unfair," said U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy.

NY Governor Kathy Hochul brags about giving New Yorkers a discount on what the original fee was suppose to be for these tolls.
Just weeks after drivers started getting slogged with a $9 fee to enter Manhattan below 60th Street, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said Wednesday he was scrapping approval, calling the toll's financial burden "a slap in the face to working-class Americans and small business owners."
But the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), which administers the toll, quickly filed a federal lawsuit and vowed to fight back to keep the first-in-the-nation plan alive.
