SHREVEPORT, La. - The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office's Mental Health Department is helping the less fortunate this Christmas.

They donated clothing, hygiene items, and other essentials to the Holy Cross Hope House.

They have supported the Hope House in helping those in need during Christmas for more than five years.

Holy Cross Hope House assists people who have no place to stay. They provide mailboxes, phones, clothing, showers, washers, and dryers.

Holy Cross Hope House's mission is to help people achieve freedom from living on the streets.
