All comments, concerns and questions regarding the Work must be received by 9:00 AM CST on the Question Due Date Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

 BID SUBMITTAL

All bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the Village’s Vendor Registry online procurement system by the Bid Due Date on Thursday, December 12, 2024 9:00 AM local time. Hard copy bids will not be accepted. All bids will be opened and read publicly via the Teams video conferencing platform.
