Standing outside of Jordan's city hall on Monday night, several of the two dozen residents who came to a meeting about proposals for a new city hall and library looked down First Street, trying to imagine where exactly the proposed facilities would be built.
Attached below are some of the options contained in a report put together by Mankato architect Bryan Paulsen, at the direction of the city's public facilities task force. They should help you visualize the concepts -- keep in mind that these are proposals -- about which Paulsen talked this week.
