Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had an efficient 35 points. Jalen Williams was limited to 11 points. Isaiah Hartenstein had a 12-point double-double.

Meanwhile, the Magic struggled without their three best players. Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner were out with torn obliques. Jalen Suggs was lost in the second half with an ankle injury.
